Our Strategic Goal
The primary mission of the BMB Campaign is to ensure the election of Hon. Bai Mahmoud Bangura as the APC Party Leader and Presidential Candidate at the 2026 APC National Delegates Conference and subsequently win the 2028 General Elections
Our Specific Objectives
Ensure Comrade BMB wins the APC National Delegates Conference 2026 by at least 70%.
Launch and empower the BMB Foundation as a visible instrument of community empowerment and as a policy pilot.
Enhance BMB’s popularity and acceptance among delegates and across all
Demographics of the APC party, targeting grassroots, youth, women, and veterans.
Establish a robust media campaign and online presence to ensure that BMB's messages, mission, vision, policies, and achievements are internalised, amplified, communicated, and disseminated effectively to educate our targeted audience
Develop a strategic campaign defence that addresses and mitigates threats and attacks against the BMB Campaign, ensuring a united front in the face of
opposition

Our Commitment
The APC Party is more than a political entity; it is an idea; a national covenant of constructive nationalism, action, progress, and commitment. Under the leadership of Honourable Bai Mahmoud Bangura, we are committed to restoring the party’s dignity, reinstating its founding values, and preparing it to govern again in the national interest.
Specifically, the BMB Campaign pledges:
Restore party unity and institutional discipline, heal divisions, respect constitutional processes, and ensure transparent internal democracy.
Rebuild the Party’s organic support in its grassroots across all demographics, wards, constituencies, and district structures to make the APC once again the party of ordinary Sierra Leoneans.
Reaffirm principled leadership and promote leaders by merit and service, not by patronage or fear. Champion inclusion and secure meaningful representation for youth, women, and persons with disabilities across party decision-making.
Act with integrity, submit to a fair process, and defend the party’s members against politicised assaults and oppression.
Modernise the organisational capacity of the APC Party, professionalise accreditation, delegate management, communications, and fundraising to meet 21st‑century political demands.
Reconnect with the diaspora: institutionalise the Sixth Region as a strategic partner for collaboration, expertise, and international advocacy.

The BMB Campaign provides a practical, action‑oriented programme rooted in unity, competence, integrity, and grassroots mobilisation, the agenda Sierra Leoneans need to prosper. Under the leadership of Comrade Bai Mahmoud Bangura, through the APC party, specifically, we pledge to:
Restore national unity through systemic bridge‑building across party, regional, and ethnic lines to restore cohesion.
Ensure a mainstream youth‑centred national renewal with large‑scale industrially relevant skills and vocational training, apprenticeships, a youth enterprise fund, national service opportunities, and targeted SME support to create jobs, close the opportunity gap, and ensure homegrown wealth creation.
Restore economic renaissance through pragmatic diversification, responsible mining, value-adding agriculture and fisheries, tourism, entertainment, technology, and renewables, with a community benefits focus and environmental safeguards.

Tribal, ethnic, and regional division politics: In Sierra Leone, politics have been too tribal and regional. How will BMB change this?
“My leadership record is one of building bridges. To me, politics is about competence and common purpose, not tribe. We will strengthen the APC Party's foundation of multicultural and ethnic plurality to the admiration of all Sierra Leoneans, institutionalise inclusive representation, and enforce policies that reduce regional disparities across every aspect of our nation’s development, because unity grows from equity.
STANDARD OF LIVING
Cost of Living: The cost of food items is a major issue in Sierra Leone. What will BMB do to tackle the high cost of living, food shortages and the hunger crisis in Sierra Leone
My leadership treats the current hike in food prices as both an economic and humanitarian crisis. My plan combines immediate relief with structural reforms to protect households and ensure that food security is self-sustaining in the medium term.
UNEMPLOYMENT & YOUTH MIGRATION CRISIS
Youth unemployment: What immediate actions will BMB take for youth empowerment and employment?
“Start with a National Youth Empowerment Compact: rebrand, restructure, and scale-up skills-based education and vocational training tied to private sector and industrial demands; seed-fund SMEs for well-structured business incubation programmes; launch national service placements in agriculture, fisheries, and infrastructure projects; and create a youth entrepreneurship fund administered transparently. And will ensure mainstream youth participation in every aspect of our national development.”
SIERRA LEONE’s ENERGY CRISIS
Sierra Leone’s Energy crisis: Sierra Leone currently ranks among the world’s “darkest” cities by access to reliable electricity. What is BMB’s approach to addressing the current energy crisis?
My leadership will revolutionise the energy sector with pragmatic, immediate, and strategic responses. Starting with rapid relief for communities, to structural and institutional reforms to deliver affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy for the long term. Energy will be treated as a development priority that underpins jobs, health, education, and national security.
DRUGS CRIMES
Drug crimes: Sierra Leone is currently an epicentre for drugs and narcotics. What will BMB do to address such a crisis in Sierra Leone?
My leadership considers the current drug epidemic crisis a threat to public health, national identity, security, and development. My approach combines law enforcement, prevention, rehabilitation, and regional cooperation.
FOREIGN POLICY
Foreign Policy priorities: Sierra Leone is a global partner amid growing Pan-African Sentiments. What are the BMB’s foreign policy priorities?
“My foreign policy will be guided by the philosophy of the APC Party: constructive nationalism. Under my leadership, Sierra Leone will be outward-looking and proudly national at the same time. Our priorities will be economic diplomacy, regional security and integration, harnessing diaspora dividend, environment and climate resilience, and principled multilateralism”.
